Come artista autodidatta, ha sviluppato un metodo tutto suo per creare i suoi quadri. Combinando gesso, pittura acrilica e a olio su legno o tela, ogni sua creazione è un esperimento unico di consistenza e colore.
Antoinette è nata in Svizzera figlia del pittore Robert Steiner. Ha vissuto in Svizzera, Inghilterra e negli Stati Uniti. Da ormai 30 anni risiede nelle colline Fiorentine.
My self-taught artistic background inspires and informs my techniques. I blend chalk, acrylics and oils on board and canvas in a way to explore and experiment with texture and colour.
I was born in Switzerland to the artist Robert Steiner. I have lived in Switzerland, Italy, England and the United States. For the last 35 years, I have lived outside Florence, Italy in the Tuscan hills.
